2. Agency Services Overview

CreatorsCartel acts as a full-service influencer marketing agency connecting brands, businesses, and film/entertainment promotions with a curated network of 2,000+ content creators across digital media channels (including YouTube and Instagram).

3. Creator Guidelines & Obligations

• Creators onboarded into our network must provide accurate social media handles, subscriber metrics, and contact details.
• Creators agree to produce authentic content aligned with approved campaign briefs, schedules, and disclosures required by law.
• Commercial rates submitted via forms are treated confidentially and evaluated per campaign scope.

4. Brand & Client Agreements

• Brands submitting campaign inquiries agree to provide accurate project requirements, guidelines, and timelines.
• Campaign scope, deliverables, creator deliverables, and payment schedules are governed by individual campaign contracts executed between CreatorsCartel and the client.

5. Intellectual Property & Case Studies

Brand logos, film titles, and creator content displayed on our platform are property of their respective owners. CreatorsCartel reserves the right to feature aggregate metrics, anonymized statistics, and verified case studies of completed campaigns for promotional purposes.
